This group was started to fill the void left by marketing between software platforms for 3D design, fabrication, construction and operations. We get together to see actual demonstrations of how software interacts, and have real discussions about the pros and cons. All findings are publicly available, and everyone involved in this industry is welcome to participate.

I teach a fun, low key but effective class for women. The class has a short low impact cardio segment, and pilates based strength and stretching is part of every class. Designed for a basic level of fitness, no two classes are alike. We use fun toys such as small balls, pilates rollers, swiss balls and stretch bands. We meet every Monday morning from 9:30-10:30. The cost is $8 per session. Wear good shoes, exercise mat optional.
